• An Important Change to U.S. Savings Bonds
  The U.S. Department of Treasury has ended over-the-counter sales of paper savings bonds through financial institutions and applications mailed directly to the Federal Reserve Bank by customers.  As of January 1, 2012, savings bonds can only be purchased online through Treasury Direct.  Simply visit www.treasurydirect.gov to purchase your savings bonds.

lf you have paper saving bonds?Existing paper bonds are still valid and will earn interest for 30 years from the issue date or until redeemed.  You can continue to cash savings bonds at WCCU.
