All WCCU Lobbies will be CLOSED starting Tues., March 17.

Drive-ups remain open and other services are still available.

The health and safety of our members, employees and community is our highest priority. We are committed to doing what we can to help minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. This includes implementing measures to adhere to the CDC’s guidelines of “social distancing”.

Effective Tuesday, March 17th:
All WCCU lobbies will be closed.
The drive-ups will remain open with normal business hours. (Note: Richland Center Mobil will be closed. Members may use the drive-up at the Richland Center Main Office at 2403 Hwy 14 East.)
The following will be handled by appointment only: Business Deposits that cannot be done via the drive-up, loan meeting/closings, new accounts, safe deposit access and other case-by-case needs. (Due to no drive-up in Prairie du Sac members can call ahead for arrangements.) Please call ahead to your WCCU branch for an appointment.
Online and Mobile Banking, ATMs and night deposit will operate as normal. (If you would like to enroll in Online/Mobile Banking, please call and we will be happy to assist you.)

As more businesses and services move online at this time, be alert for scammers and ID thieves trying to exploit fear and uncertainty. Be extra cautious when opening emails from addresses you do not recognize. Before clicking links or downloading attachments, use common sense and verify the authenticity of the email by calling the organization claiming to send it. WCCU will NEVER contact you to ask for your social security number, account number or other personal information.

WCCU Credit Union is financially strong and well prepared to serve our members during uncertain and turbulent times. We are actively following the developments of the coronavirus disease and will continue to make changes as needed. Updates will be posted on our website and on our Facebook page. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together to fight the spread of COVID-19. For more information visit www.cdc.gov/COVID19 . Thank you.

Sincerely,

Kevin Hauser
President
