Who can become a member of WCCU Credit Union?

Employees, members or patrons of any cooperative operating in Vernon or Richland County; employees of associations or organization of such cooperatives; person residing or employed in Vernon, Richland, Crawford, Sauk, Juneau, Monroe, Grant, Iowa, La Crosse, Columbia, Adams, and Marquette Counties.

What’s a Credit Union?

A credit union is a cooperative, not-for-profit financial institution organized to promote thrift and provide credit to members. It is member-owned and controlled through a board of directors elected by the membership. The board serves on a volunteer basis and may hire a management team to run the credit union. The board also establishes and revises policy, sets dividend and loan rates, and directs certain operations. The result: members are provided with a safe, convenient place to save and borrow at reasonable rates at an institution which exists to benefit them, not to make a profit.

What is WCCU’s Routing Number?

Our routing number is 275982539. This number is needed along with your WCCU member number for direct deposits and electronic withdrawals. An additional routing number to our corresponding financial is needed for wiring of funds. Please contact any of our offices for specific instructions for wiring money.

How do I enroll in online banking services?

To have online access to your WCCU account(s) just visit our home page and click on the “enroll” button under “Online Banking” (located by the online banking log-in on the left side of the main banner).  By following the instructions, you can simply enroll in online banking and have immediate access to your account (s).  Please call any of our offices if you need assistance.

My account online is blocked – what should I do?

Please phone any of our offices and we can assist you in removing the block from your account. We can also help you with any other online questions that you may have.

What are the Mobil Money text messaging keywords and how do I use them?

Keywords are the text messages you send to request account information.
Account Balance Requests Keywords: B, BAL, BALANCE, BALANCES
Check the balances for all accounts you’ve registered in Mobile Banking.
Transaction History Requests Keywords: STMT, TRAN, HIST (account nickname)
If you’ve registered accounts from more than one financial institution, enter the financial institution’s identifier before the keyword. For example: ABC BAL.

These are not case sensitive.
