We are replacing the old “Security Questions” with a new Multi-Factor Authentication system. If our online banking vendor does not recognize the device you are using, it will send you a code by text, phone call or e-mail. Simply enter that code when prompted to verify your identity.

Reminder: WCCU’s lobbies are open! We do ask for the safety of our staff and members that all members and staff wear cloth face coverings and allow for social distancing while in our facilities.

Ways you can connect with us:  all drive-ups are open regular business hours, we can be reached by phone, live chat, email or secure messaging. Members can also use our Online Banking and Mobile App 24/7 to meet their financial needs.  Our members may also schedule an appointment online with our new online scheduling assistant or may call ahead to schedule for availability of same-day appointment times.
