System-wide Upgrades Planned in September

Technology upgrades will cause system-wide downtimes September 29 – October 1st.

Dates to Remember

Tuesday, September 25th: Preparations for conversion begins. Bill Pay will be unavailable starting Tuesday to have time to complete all scheduled payments through the system upgrades. Service will resume when the new Online Banking is launched Tuesday, October 2nd.

Friday, September 28th (6:00 PM): Our upgrades begin! Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and TellerLine (touch tone phone banking) will be unavailable starting at 6:00 PM. These services will resume on Tuesday, October 2nd.

Any deposits or transfers made during our system downtime (Friday 6 PM through Monday) will not be available until Tuesday, October 2nd. We encourage you to transfer or deposit additional funds prior to the downtime window. This will help you continue to have access to your funds and avoid any inconvenience.

ATM’s at all WCCU locations will be available during the conversion.

Saturday, September 29th and Monday, October 1st: All WCCU branches are closed for system upgrades.

Tuesday, October 2nd: All WCCU branches re-open with normal business hours.

Awards Checking: Qualifications to earn dividends and ATM refunds must be met by September 28th.


Bill Pay Users: All bill payments will need to be scheduled by September 24th. After that date, there will not be access to Bill Pay until October 2. (The payee lists and ALL scheduled payments will be carried over to our new Online Banking.)


Christmas Club Funds: All Christmas Club funds will be automatically deposited into your savings account during the first week of October.


Statements & Statement History: All members will receive their September Statements by MAIL. (eStatements will automatically resume with October statements.) Members with eStatements should save files or print copies of their online statements. After September 28th, past eStatements will not be accessible through online banking.

Your member number, checks, credit cards, debit cards and PIN numbers for all WCCU plastics WILL NOT change.

All scheduled ACH transfers, and bill payments will not be affected if they were scheduled prior to the upgrade.

Direct Deposit and Automatic Payments will continue during and after the upgrade.
