Updating Your Personal Information
For security reasons you must change your personal information by contacting WCCU (we cannot accept address changes, or forward your mail, based on information received from the post office)
If you have online banking: Log into your account. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner. Go to “Settings“, and select the “Contact“ tab. This will ensure it is entered correctly and will update on our end.
Visit any local office to request an update in person.
If you have special circumstances that do not allow you to visit one of our offices, please download and mail the Address Change Request Form.
Please update all contact information available on the form, including email addresses and phone numbers for joint owners.
