IT Department

Network Administrator: 

Works with the IT Manager, other IT staff and third party vendors in installing, and maintaining all computer hardware and software.

Works with all data and voice communications and associated systems. Provide user and system support on an as needed basis, including on-call as necessary, scheduled or unscheduled. This position will require self-motivation and initiative.

This is a full-time position with a complete benefit package.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• College degree in computer science related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of computer systems, hardware, networks and software. Including but not limited to: AIX, Windows Server, Windows, VMWare, Horizon VDI, vSphere, ESXi Hosts, EMC SAN’s, Unisphere, Dell Servers, IBM Servers, Log Management, Avaya VoIP Phone Systems.
• Personal integrity for protecting and keeping confidential information as such.
• Strong prioritizing, organizational and planning skills for dealing with numerous details and deadlines simultaneously, with frequent interruptions, and under the stress of maintaining courteous, accurate and timely relations with a variety of individuals.

Database Administrator/Report Writing Analyst: 

Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis, & management reporting.

Support software development projects by planning, coordinating and managing the storage and migration of data between systems. Perform systems tuning, performance monitoring, maintaining data security and integrity controls for the credit union’s production, development, and testing databases.

Develops, recommends, and implements business continuity strategies and disaster recovery solutions to ensure uninterrupted access to databases.

Serve as primary resource for report writing, which includes collaborating with various teams, such as Marketing, Operations, and IT, to identify needs and provide optimal reporting solutions to achieve business results.

This is a full-time position with a complete benefit package.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Degree in computer science related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows based computer systems, hardware, networks and software.
• User administration skills for Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Report Builder, SQL Studio and queries, and Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with a variety of report writing concepts, practices, & procedures.
• Prior knowledge of the Jack Henry Symitar Core or Jack Henry ARCU data warehouse and reporting package is desired, but not required.
