Business Deposit Specialists (Member Service Department)

Serves as the primary contact of our organization to serve member requests related to their business financial needs.  Performs a wide variety of duties related to all phases of business products, services and policies as embodied by WCCU Credit Union.  These are done in accordance with Westby Co-op Credit Union procedures. Three to five years financial experience with account opening responsibilities.  Post-secondary education in a finance, accounting, or business related field preferred.  Knowledge of business account relationships preferred.

WCCU Credit Union is seeking to hire three full-time candidates to primarily work with businesses within the following regions: Monroe/Vernon County, Richland County, and Sauk County.

Collections Assistant (Lending Department)

The Collections Assistant is responsible for all aspects of delinquent loan, credit card accounts and pending late payment reminders.  He/She will also maintain accurate records and make attempts to resolve delinquent accounts. Post-secondary education in business, finance, or accounting preferred.

Two to three years experience in a financial institution with a strong background in collections or loan servicing. This is a benefited part-time position.

Member Service Training Coordinator (Member Service Department)

The Member Service Training Coordinator will research, recommend, and implement training, quality, and productivity improvement programs geared toward improving the productivity and efficiency of the department.  Primary emphasis in this role is in-house training for new and current Member Service Representatives (MSR); training and development programs for MSR staff; development and maintenance of training materials. This is a full-time position.

Extensive knowledge of credit union industry, terminology (including acronyms), MSR duties & responsibilities required. Knowledge of up to date training practices required. At least three years experience with public speaking and/or training needed. Advanced coursework in communications, public relations, human resources, training, or a related field preferred.

Staff Development Coordinator (Human Resources Department)

The Staff Development Coordinator will research, recommend, develop, and implement educational courses and quality improvement efforts geared toward communication, improving organizational productivity, and employee engagement.  Primary emphasis is in the areas of leadership training, new employee onboarding, safety & security, along with regulatory training for all WCCU Credit Union staff.

Advance coursework in communications, public relations, training, human resources, or related fields needed.  At least 3 years experience with public speaking and/or training preferred.  Excellent communication, employee relation, and member relations skills are a must! Knowledge of effective training practices required. Extensive knowledge of credit union industry, terminology (including acronyms), positions and responsibilities helpful.

This position could be part-time or full-time, depending on the ideal candidate.

Members Service Representative Supervisor (Member Service Department)

The Member Service Representative Supervisor assumes supervisory control over all tellers, including planning tellers’ work schedules, guiding and advising tellers in the efficient handling of members’ needs, and assisting with the work.  Three to five years’ experience in supervisory management required. Experience working in a financial institution needed; three to five years preferred. Proven member service skills required.

WCCU Credit Union is seeking to hire two full-time candidates. One will oversee MSRs our Reedsburg Branch location and one will oversee the MSRs in our Baraboo & Lake Delton Branch locations.

Member Service Representatives (Member Services Department)

Provide courteous & efficient service in a member-friendly environment while accurately recording and balancing all transactions. Cash handling skills along with previous financial institution experience preferred; computer skills a must. Willing to train the right team-oriented applicant with good people skills, a can-do attitude, and a desire to provide our members with exceptional, personalized service.

Positions are available in multiple branch locations & working a variety of hours, including Saturday mornings. The positions are part-time to full-time, depending on Branch Location. Please indicate your Branch Location preference(s) and number of available hours on your application.
