This Full Time opportunity will sit in our Westby office and work a Monday-Friday shift including every other Saturday morning. WCCU Call Center Representatives provide efficient & courteous service to our members while properly facilitating transactions, assisting with on-line banking questions, helping with card inquiries, etc. all in accordance with Credit Union procedures.
Call Center and previous financial institution experience preferred; willing to train the right team-oriented applicant with good people skills, a can-do attitude, and a desire to provide our members with exceptional, personalized service.
