Deposits At WCCU ATMs Will Be Discontinued May 31, 2024
After careful consideration and with your financial security in mind, the decision has been made to discontinue the option to deposit funds into all WCCU ATMs.
This decision is rooted in our commitment to safeguarding your financial well-being. Over time, we have encountered instances of fraudulent activity involving ATM deposits, which have highlighted the need for heightened security measures.
What does this mean for you?
As a result of this change, you will no longer have the option to deposit funds into WCCU ATMs. However, we want to reassure you that there are alternative methods available for you to be able to deposit your funds:
- Night Depositories: For your afterhours needs, stop by any of our WCCU branches and drop off your deposits in our night depositories.
- Mobile Check Deposit: Our WCCU Mobile App offers a convenient feature that enables you to deposit checks remotely by capturing images of the front and back of your checks using your smartphone or mobile device and then securely loading them into your account. You will receive confirmation email and notification on your WCCU mobile app when your check has been deposited so you can rest assured that the transaction has occurred.
- Electronic Transfers: If you’re a member and need to transfer funds into another WCCU member’s account, you can easily transfer funds electronically from the WCCU Mobile App or Online Banking.
- In-Branch Deposits: You can visit any of our branches to deposit funds in person. Our staff are also available to teach you how to use our WCCU Mobile App and online banking if you’re new to that form of banking with us!
