Electronic Statements (eStatements) allow you to receive your monthly statement through Online Banking instead of by mail. Receiving your statements online is fast, convenient, and secure. Best of all, it’s FREE!

Once we receive your request, your first eStatement will be available to you by the second or third business day of the following month, assuming that all of the information you provide is correct and complete.

Only the primary (first named) owner of an account may enroll in this service.

How it works:

  • You will receive an email from WCCU on or before the third business day of each month advising you that your eStatement is ready for you to review.
  • You may access your eStatements through the eStatements widget, which is available when you successfully log on to Online Banking with your username and password.
  • Your eStatements will include the periodic account and transaction activity for your deposit and open-end loan accounts, electronic funds transfer services, and notice of billing error rights.
  • Your eStatements will be stored on our system and you will eventually have up to 18 months of statements available at your fingertips.
