Electronic Statements (e-Statements) allow you to receive your monthly statement online instead of by mail. Receiving your statements online is fast, convenient, and secure. Best of all, it’s FREE!
Once we receive your request, your first e-Statement will be available to you by the second or third business day of the month following the month in which you enroll, assuming that all of the information you provide is correct and complete.
Only the primary (first named) owner of an account may enroll in this service.
How it works:
- You will receive an e-Message from WCCU advising you that your e-Statement is ready for you to review on or before the third business day of each month.
- You may access your e-Statements through a link which appears on your account’s summary page, which you will see when you successfully log on to Online Account Access with your access ID and PIN.
- Your e-Statements will include the periodic account and transaction activity for your deposit and open-end loan accounts, electronic funds transfer services, and notice of billing error rights.
- Your e-Statements will be stored on our system and you will eventually have up to 12 months’ statements available at your fingertips.
